Job Description

Role purpose: This position is responsible for completing all aspect of the audit process including performing planning and execution of compliance financial and operational audits and special projects.

Key Accountabilities:
• Plan perform report and follow up on designated internal audits internal consultative reviews special project reviews and required compliance in accordance with the Annual Audit Plan;
• Assist the Internal Audit Manager and management with the compliance process including risk assessment process documentation control design and operating effectiveness testing;
• Prepare audit programs working papers audit reports and related documentation and correspondence
• Draft high quality reports and ensures findings and actions are well documented;
• Consult through ad-hoc advisory engagements while working hand-in-hand with business units to share risk considerations as they undergo strategic projects;
• Contributes to department initiatives to improve Internal Audit processes including but not limited to data analytics strategies;
• Update and monitor Internal Audit Department historical files with audit results;
• Other tasks are as assigned by Internal Audit Manager.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Audit Accounting Finance or Insurance;
- At least 3 years of practical experience in professional audit in Life Insurance industry;
- Solid foundational knowledge of accounting & auditing principles/standards, life insurance products & operation;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs Accounting & Finance systems and/or Insurance system;
- Fluent English;
- Proven ability to maintain the highest ethical and professional internal audit standards;
- Analytical logical methodical and intellectually curious;
- Demonstrate enthusiasm energy execution and eagerness to learn;
- Problem solving and issues resolution management;
- Ability to effectively work both independently and within team;
- Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills with the ability to comfortable communicate to all levels of management and external stakeholders;
- Plan projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities;
- Willing to travel throughout the country for business purposes.
