1. Lead Generation – New Business
+ Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets. Identify the prospect company structure.
+ Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients. Approaching prospects via email or social media to establish rapport, send out samples for product experience and set up sales call or meeting.
+ Creating sales pitches. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
+ Negotiating sales contracts.
+ Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines.
+ Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers.
+ Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data.
2. Account Managing – Managing a portfolio of existing accounts
+ Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
+ Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
+ Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' satisfaction.
+ Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
+ Remain in frequent contact with your own clients to better understand their needs.
+ If necessary, be able to respond to complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner to keep customers happy while preserving the company's reputation.
+ Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and engagement data.
+ Identify trends within your accounts in order to propose new products/services, and share successes to boost sales.
+ Monitoring and reporting on sales performance analytics.
+ Training and developing team members
+ Day to day management of KPI's and team performance
+ Work with Talent acquisition to build a strong sales team
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
+ Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
+ Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
+ Enthusiastic and passionate, with a proven business acumen.
+ Provide support to Sales and Shipping Departments.
+ Business level proficiency in English is a must as our clients are based in the US.
+ At least 5 years of sales experience.
+ At least 2 years in a sales management role
+ A team player. Hard working is a given!
