We’re looking for a dedicated Purchasing Specialist who can navigate both internal and external import-export procedures while understanding the critical role of holistic thinking and interpersonal skills in driving business success. You’ll be the key link in ensuring our purchasing processes are not only efficient but also aligned with the broader goals of the company.

Description
Procurement Planning: Collaborate with Sales to create and implement procurement strategies, handle purchase requests, and manage vendor selection to maximize benefits.
Compliance & Product Standards: Ensure purchased products meet quality, timing, and pricing standards while complying with import laws.
Contract Negotiation: Lead international contract negotiations on pricing, technical specs, and commercial agreements.
Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, overseeing all related tasks.
Market Monitoring: Track global market trends and export conditions related to the products.
International Trade Updates: Stay informed on trade policies, sourcing strategies, and factors affecting procurement like exchange rates and raw material conditions.
Product & Supplier Sourcing: Explore new products and suppliers, especially internationally, to meet company needs.
Import Oversight: Manage shipments, quality control, and address payment or logistics issues.
Documentation Management: Ensure proper follow-up on import/export documentation for suppliers and product lines.
Import/Export Coordination: Work with suppliers and forwarders to manage procedures and transactions.
Accounting Coordination: Resolve payment issues, manage invoices, and monitor supplier debts with Accounting.
Procedure Development: Continuously improve procurement procedures for greater efficiency.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Age: 26 – 32 years old.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Industry knowledge: Strong expertise in international purchasing, import-export regulations, and risk management, with the ability to navigate complex global supply chains.
• Negotiation and Problem-solving skills: Proven experience in effective negotiation, persuasive communication, and resolving procurement-related issues while securing favorable terms.
• Strategic thinking: Capable of analyzing global market trends and predicting fluctuations in prices and availability to inform decision-making and reduce risk.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in international purchasing, including supplier management and contract negotiations.
• Language proficiency: Strong command of English (fluency is required); proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems or procurement management tools.
• Personal attributes: Energetic, meticulous, and responsible with high integrity. Must be dynamic, self-motivated, and have a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Transportation: Must have personal means of transportation for commuting.
