Senior Investment Associate - Real Estate

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Investment Associate to join our dynamic Real Estate Investment team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in all aspects of the investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing support and evaluation to execution and portfolio management. You will work collaboratively with the team members to identify, analyze, and execute on attractive real estate investment opportunities that align with the company's investment strategy. Responsibilities: • Financial Analysis & Modeling: Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and due diligence, including market analysis, property valuation, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analysis. • Transaction Execution: Support the Investment Director in leading the transaction process, including preparation of investment memorandums, negotiation of key deal terms, and collaboration with legal and financial professionals. • Portfolio Management: Assist with the ongoing monitoring and management of the existing real estate portfolio, including performance analysis, tenant relations, and asset optimization strategies. • Research & Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, property market conditions, and potential investment opportunities. • Investment Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling investment presentations for internal stakeholders and potential investors.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. CFA designation or actively pursuing the CFA charter is a strong plus. • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity, or a related field. • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software. • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. • Excellent in English (writing, reading, speaking, listening) • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strong work ethic and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
