• Ensure continuous and high-performance operation of trading systems and optimize latency, throughput, and SLA compliance.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain trading systems and business applications in compliance with HSX, HNX, and VSD regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors on system upgrades, patches, troubleshooting, and project handover.
• Support investigation and resolution of trading errors and system incidents.
• Operate and monitor IT infrastructure across Data Centers, and trading offices, ensuring availability, performance, and capacity.
• Plan procurement, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware, systems, and IT equipment.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in trading systems, business applications, or IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of market data, trading flow, clearing & settlement, or willingness to learn.
• Hands-on experience with database/application administration and system monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under high-pressure trading conditions.
• Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
