Job Summary:
GTJA Securities is seeking a motivated Senior IT Infrastructure professional with at least 3 years of experience to join our IT team. This role combines infrastructure support with helpdesk responsibilities, making it an ideal entry point for someone eager to grow their skills in Linux, networking nd cyber security. With opportunities for training and mentorship, this position is well-suited for someone committed to expanding their technical expertise within a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• System Administration: Assist with the configuration, monitoring, and routine maintenance of Linux-based servers and other infrastructure like Windows, including managing user accounts, performing security updates, and troubleshooting system issues.
• Network Support: Support network operations and maintenance, performing basic troubleshooting on LAN/WAN connectivity, assisting with network device configurations, and ensuring network availability for business operations.
• Open-Source Monitoring: Participate in deploying and managing open-source tools used for infrastructure monitoring, automation, and system management.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, helpdesk troubleshooting guides, and procedures for recurring issues to support continuity and efficiency.
• Training and Collaboration: Work closely with senior IT staff to learn best practices, contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions, and engage in hands-on training.
• Helpdesk Support: Act as the first line of support for GTJA Securities' staff, troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Document solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC/QUALIFICATION
• Education: Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Technical Skills:
o Linux Proficiency: 1+ years of experience with Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and familiarity with command-line utilities.
o Networking Basics: Foundational understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic network troubleshooting.
o Open-Source Familiarity: Experience or exposure to open-source tools like Zabbix, ELK, Wazuh, Docker is a plus.
o Helpdesk Experience: Previous experience in helpdesk or end-user support roles, with a strong ability to address common issues promptly and professionally.
• Good English communication is an advantage, TOEIC from 600 points or higher.
