​​- Restaff - House of Norway was established in 2007 and is a Norwegian company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- Our core concept is to set up/manage different software teams for global clients and we manage around 90 employees across a variety of software development teams for companies in Norway and the US.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON, WHO CAN​
- Evaluate current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and develop new procedures where and when needed.
- Design and develop talent acquisition policies, process and tools.
- Supervise and provide guidance to the recruitment team.
- Evaluate the performance of the recruitment team.
- Work with all team/project leaders to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs.
- Keep up to date about market insight and talent landscape
- Manage recruitment databases and advertising budgets
- Review and select suitable job advertising options.
- Enhance candidate experience, maintain good relationship with candidates, and manage employer brand.
- Build collaborative relationship and networks with all internal line managers and leaders.

Job Requirements

- 4+ years as a senior Recruiter/TA or similar role

* Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Business acumen
- Leadership
- Negotiation
- Problem solving, solution oriented
- Integrity
- Sense of humor
- High sense of confidentiality.
- Good interpersonal skills both verbal and non-verbal
- Cultural sensitivity to adapt with a new environment/culture
- Discipline and resilience
- English proficiency in 4 skills

The House of Norway was established in 2007 and is a Norwegian company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

We manage around 80 employees across a variety of software development teams for prestigious companies in Norway such as Upheads AS, Onix AS, Wellbarrier AS, and many more.

Our core concept is to set up/manage different software teams for global clients and our managers are therefore highly skilled with many years of experience in both the Norwegian and Vietnamese market.

As we spend 1/3rd of our waking time working, it is obvious that both consent and happiness in the office are factors that are exceptionally important to us, which is the reason why we believe in having a positive and open-minded culture across the whole the company.
