MAIN PURPOSE:
The Senior IT Specialist is responsible for ensuring that Aden’s IT infrastructure — including hardware, software, and network systems — operates smoothly, securely, and efficiently. This role serves as a key technical partner, providing daily support to employees, resolving IT incidents, and contributing to continuous improvement and optimization of IT systems across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. IT Help Desk Support
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, and related peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade hardware components (power supply, RAM, HDD, motherboard, etc.).
• Install operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and business software.
• Support new employee onboarding (equipment setup, software installation, email access, etc.).
• Manage IT assets (tagging, inventory, lifecycle tracking).
2. Server Management
• Manage and deploy Windows Server, SQL Server, and related applications.
• Monitor server health: CPU, RAM, disk, and network usage.
• Ensure data security through OS updates, user access control, and permission management.
• Schedule and monitor regular data backups and recovery processes.
3. Network & Connectivity
• Configure static IP, VLAN, and routing settings.
• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi issues, slow speed, disconnections, or shared printer errors.
4. Site Support & Deployment
• Deploy and support site systems (POS, time attendance, cameras, etc.).
• Resolve daily operational issues and provide guidance to users.
• Conduct basic IT training for site staff.
5. Other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT help desk and infrastructure management.
• Have knowledge of:
• Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL Server.
• VMware ESXi, SAN/NAS, Microsoft 365.
• Networking (TCP/IP, Firewall, Routing, VLAN).
• Strong troubleshooting and system monitoring skills.
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Responsible, proactive, collaborative, and able to work under pressure.
• Experience in mission-critical environments (telecom, finance) is a plus.
• Problem-solving ability and a desire to learn.
• Good communication skills to help explain tech issues to non-technical staff.
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
