Senior Key Account Management (E-Commerce)

- Manage sales performance (GMV), online marketing performance, campaign performance and operational excellence for each client.

- Consult and execute commercial strategy for clients across eCommerce Marketplace (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok), own brand.com store and on social media.

- Coordinate with the internal department (warehouse, graphic design, content team, CS team, etc.) or 3rd party service partners to ensure deliverables in a timely manner.

- Planning promotional campaigns and coordinating execution with brand partners.

- Support day-to-day operation in content creation, supply chain management and promotion management and business analytics.

- Day-to-day operations on executing graphic briefs, store set-ups, cutting & uploading banners, and campaign submissions to platforms.

- Prepare reports and conduct performance reviews with clients and the marketplace on a weekly or monthly basis.

- Maintain close relationships with clients by ensuring client issues are addressed and fixed in a timely manner.

- Create reports and provide necessary insights to internal and external teams.

- Participate or lead in ad-hoc projects across functions.

Content description

- Plan conduct contents on eCommerce channels such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiki and Tiktok

- Actively compare our products with competitive products in the market

- Proficient in 4 skills in English

- At least 3 years of working experience in the eCommerce field, ideally with eCommerce platform.

- At least one year of experience in marketing optimization in Shopee / Lazada / or TikTok.

- Possess commercial experience - you understand customer needs and drivers of performance.

- Strong interpersonal skills including presentation and listening skills allow you to build trust and lasting senior client relationship

- Know how to reconcile top-down and bottom-up targets. You are data-driven, and your excellent analytical skills are backed by proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

- Agile and excel at cross - functional collaboration

- Proficient in both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet; familiar with basic function such as VLOOKUP, PIVOT table for example

- Good attention to detail

- Quick learner who’s able to perform under pressure.
