Description
* Planning & developing sales activities for MT channels nationwide with objectives to growing total business
* Prepare the assigned channel sales strategies & growth plans in line with the business strategy
* Drive profitability and deliver on the Revenue and Share parameters.
* Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the modern trade sales strategy and overall business strategies on specific channels
* Lead resource for planning portfolio growth initiatives with accounts, assortment planning, launch planning and execution, development, and execution of Joint Business Plans.
* Responsible for achieving planned sales by channel and customer and achieving consistent growth by managing various internal and external stakeholders
* Work within allocated promotional costs and ensure effective spending in driving sales and brand building.
* Lead resource for planning and negotiating for in-store activations, merchandising, and sell-out plans with the accounts
* Resolve customers' trade issues, complaints, and operational matters.
* Work closely with other Key Account Managers in achieving the company's objective and vision.
Profile
* Experienced in FMCG business preferably in an MNC environment.
* Minimum 5 years of working in Modern Trade channel, 2 years at managerial level
* Proven track record of achievement and good leadership qualities
* Possessing analytical & critical thinking, able to drive initiatives, see things in a bigger picture and pay attention to details at the same time.
* Thrives in change and comfortable with ambiguity
* Able to prioritize tasks and achieve results under minimal supervision, able to work independently
* Fluent in English
