Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Laboratory Technician specializing in Toys & Hardlines – Furniture testing. In this role, you will perform and oversee product testing, ensure compliance with international standards, and collaborate closely with engineers and clients to deliver accurate, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product testing and measurements in accordance with test standards, procedures, and client requirements.

• Analyze test samples, interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and operation instructions.

• Evaluate test results, identify issues, and provide feedback or recommendations for improvement.

• Set up and operate test equipment and instruments; adapt test setups based on engineering instructions.

• Train junior technicians on testing methods and equipment usage.

• Participate in developing and validating new test methods or modifying existing ones.

• Communicate effectively with engineers, laboratory teams, and clients regarding test processes and results.

• Maintain accurate test data, documentation, and reports.

• Perform routine maintenance and ensure the laboratory equipment and environment meet safety and quality standards.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of safety and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering or a related testing field).

• 3+ years of experience in Toys or Hardlines (Furniture) testing or other related industrial product testing.

• Strong technical understanding of laboratory equipment and testing processes.

• Good communication and client interaction skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects with a high sense of responsibility.

• Innovative, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required.

• Experience or interest in test automation is an advantage.

Working Location: 4th Floor, Multi Storey Factory Building, Lot 100, B Street, Sai Gon Linh Trung Processing Zone, Linh Xuan Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
