The (Senior) Lead – HRBP will serve as a strategic business partner
Business Partner
- Consult with Heads/Managers on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, succession planning, and talent strategy.
- Act as the bridge between business units and HR Centers of Excellence (C&B, TA, L&OD, etc.).
- Advise and resolve matters related to organizational structure, recruitment, career planning, rewards, and retention.
HR Programs & Projects Implementation
- Lead implementation of CoE-initiated HR programs, adapting them to divisional needs.
- Proactively identify and launch division-specific HR initiatives for ProTech or Back Office.
Performance & Talent Management
- Oversee performance review, salary review, and promotion processes, ensuring fairness and compliance.
- Support career development plans and build a succession pipeline.
Compensation & Rewards
- Consult on Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards policies, balancing market competitiveness, internal equity, and financial sustainability.
- Partner with business leaders to design effective retention and motivation solutions.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and report HR data (headcount, turnover, productivity, cost, engagement).
- Build dashboards and predictive models using Excel/Power BI/Looker Studio/Tableau.
Employee Advocacy & Case Management
- Act as the primary contact for employee relations, policy clarifications, conflict resolution, and welfare.
- Ensure transparency, timeliness, and maintain trust across the employee lifecycle.
Culture, Engagement & Learning Collaboration
- Design and coordinate engagement activities and learning initiatives tailored to each division (e.g., hackathons, product talks, team building, peer-learning).
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in HRBP/HR Manager roles.
- Preferred: Experience in Tech/Fintech environments (for ProTech) or strong expertise in C&B/Talent Management (for Back Office).
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Excel and BI/Analytics tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes: workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, employee relations.
- Solid background in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards.
