Currently, we are looking for some Senior Legal Consultant as follows:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

o Job recruitment: Senior Legal Consultant

o Location: Hanoi

o Quantity: 1 - 2 people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Directly work with the clients and competent State authorities to manage and execute all works in relation to the application and renewal of all licenses such as ERC IRC, Tech transfer, work permit, temporary residence card, and Visa.

• Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

• Review and revise contracts, agreements, applications, and other legal documents as assigned.

• Supporting the investors in negotiating, signing, and notarizing factory and office leasing contracts.

• Manage the licensing team, assign tasks, supervise and instruct trainee associates

• To perform the job report and other assignments assigned by BOD.

• University graduate, majoring in Law

• At least 5-7 years experience in Law

• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail

• High carefulness and commitment to meeting the deadlines of work;

• Ability to work under high pressure

• Being fluent in English (both spoken and written)
