Senior Legal cum Investor Relations

1. Legal (80%)

• Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts to ensure legal compliance and minimize risks in the company’s business operations;

• Provide legal advice and propose appropriate legal solutions for arising legal matters;

• Represent the Company in working with competent State authorities, courts, and other relevant parties to resolve legal issues; carry out legal procedures related to corporate operations and other business activities;

• Advise on procedures and prepare documentation for meetings and activities of governing bodies such as the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors, etc.;

• Monitor, update, and provide guidance on legal changes relevant to the company’s business operations;

• Perform other legal tasks as assigned by the Head of Legal Department or the General Director.

2. Investor Relations (20%)

• Maintain consistent, accurate, and timely communication about the company’s

performance, initiatives, and long-term strategy.

• Draft quarterly and annual reports, investor decks, press releases, and investor Q&A

documents.

• Support the CEO and BoD during investor meetings, roadshows, and financial

presentations.

• Collect investor feedback, analyze peer benchmarks, and provide strategic insights for

leadership decisions.

• Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to meet regulatory reporting and disclosure

standards.

• Develop and execute investor communication strategies to enhance corporate image and

credibility in the market.

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university;

• Minimum 6 – 7 years in corporate legal, government relations, public policy, or investor relations; at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Strong understanding of corporate law, commercial transactions, investment regulations, governance, and regulatory frameworks in digital/transport/fintech/e - commerce sectors.

• Possession of a valid Lawyer’s Practicing Certificate;

• Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and highly responsible;

• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with legal regulations in areas such as e-commerce, transportation, postal services, commercial, civil, and corporate law;

• Strong command of English for legal work;

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills;

• Proficient in office software, especially in drafting and formatting documents.
