* Job Summary: We are looking to hire a professional Senior Legal Executive to add to our team. This role will focus on providing technically legal advice and safeguarding our reputation by ensuring that all practices are in compliance with local/international laws and regulations.
* Responsibilities
1. Review services/ commercial/ economic contracts and legalised documents
- Prepare, review, advise all kind of contracts, agreements or any other legalised documentation regarding daily company's transactions to ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
- Licensing support: liaise with agency to prepare necessary documents, and submission to obtain and renew any licenses, approvals (including but not limited to business license, investment license, etc.).
- Advise by drafting all internal legal documents including Decisions/Resolutions/ Contracts/Agreements, NDAs, Regulations/Rules and other legal documents.
- Build up legal and commercial framework, draft legal documents/agreements/contracts/minutes in bilingual (English and Vietnamese) to ensure internal compliance with the laws/ regulations and protecting the company’s interest.
- Have an ability to grasp legal and business issues, balance risks and provide practical and constructive advises in a business environment.
2. Internal Lawyers advise and procedures
- Legal consult, advise related to domestic, foreign and international legal documents.
- Provide legal consults on new business model or special issue by detecting and advising to prevent legal risks arising during company operations and activities.
- Update documents related to the company's operations to provide legal advice related to the company's business model.
- Coordinate with local authorities to carry out legal procedures on intellectual property rights, company registration procedures, investment procedures, etc.
3. Update law information
- Monitor and track new regulations, analyse their impact on the industry & business of company to support management’s decision relating to company business and legal compliance.
4. Litigation & Claims (if have)
- Support other departments and company representatives to resolve complaints and proceedings at administrative and judicial agencies (if any).
