Senior Legal Executive

YOU WILL:

• Assist in reviewing and preparing applications for ERC/IRC amendments, business lines registration, and other corporate filings.

• Support Work Permit, Visa, and TRC procedures for foreign employees and experts.

• Coordinate with external law firms and government authorities to meet the business requirements and ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations.

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, such as service agreements, vendor contracts, freelancer contracts, IT procurement contracts, and confidentiality agreements.

• Assist in implementing regulatory requirements, including tax compliance (VAT, CIT), labor regulations, data protection laws, and industry-specific compliance rules.

• Support drafting, reviewing, and optimizing internal SOPs and policies across departments (HR, Business, Finance, Admin).

• Provide risk assessments and propose practical solutions for operational activities.

• Provide legal support for the Company’s new projects

• Participate in meetings with other departments.

• Other tasks assigned by a line manager.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATES:

• Bachelor’s degree in law or higher.

• At least 04 years of working experience in a corporate legal, in-house counsel, or law firm environment, and with FDI companies.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese corporate, labor, investment (outbound), and tax-related regulations.

• Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Solid contract drafting and negotiation skills.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong English skills

• High level of attention to detail and carefulness in all tasks.
