*OBJECTIVES:
Assist Life Insurance Product Development Manager in designing the new products and cooperating with potential partners/companies to drive new market expansion strategies for IZIon24.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop relevant product propositions that meet the needs of consumers and sales force of multiple distribution channels and ensure the competitiveness of Ideal Life's insurance products propositions in the market.
2. Develop and execute plans for strategic growth and project management of new corporate strategy initiatives and/or new strategic partnerships in close partnership with business corporation leaders.
3. Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.
4. Research domestic and foreign markets to update information, new ideas about products, operation methods, sales methods
5. Working with partners and internal departments in signing various types of cooperation contracts (including drafting and negotiating contracts)
6. Develop and build operating procedures, support sales team in planning to increase revenue.
7. Work with partners to develop sales promotion programs.
8. Implement and manage the effectiveness of sales promotion programs.
9. Record, support and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales program.
10. Undertake other tasks assigned by Line manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience: At least 3-year experiences in the same position, preferably working experience in Insurance product development
Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in both Vietnamese & English
- Expert in handling the whole sales process, negotiating, closing deals, and strongly motivated to create values to customers.
- Excellent sense of prioritization and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Ability to work under high pressure, resolve problems skills and adapt to the new environment.
