Job Description

Internal Job Title: Senior Engineer - Production

1. Owner for line value stream performance (%OEE,CT, NU, IDC, TCT, QAM)
• Daily monitor line KPI (%OEE,CT, NU, IDC, TCT, QAM)
• Understanding line material / information flow: PQI, VSM / VSD, StD, …
• Improve the documentation as ODS, CP, 14Q, 4M change
• Solving daily SQCD issue at shop floor and cooperate/support to other line engineer

2. Technical capacity planning
• Understanding the PVA & MPS (technical capacity planning)
• Update and review capacity based on each MPSx
• Reporting and/or escalation to higher management to overcome challenging and reaching your responsible

3. TDC (Total defect cost) coordinator
• Leading team members in order to reach given targets incl. IDC & RDC (internal & risk cost)
• Monitoring and managing these KPIs (IDC & RDC)
• Solving obstacles in given responsibility and scope to support the team

4. Problem solving & continue improvement competency
• Leading team to solve complex quality problem (SQCD) : PSS, 8D
• Lead changes, line improvements, release new line & product, initial sample run based on Bosch tool such as ECR, CSS…

5. Support & coaching task
• Support & cooperate to BPS and production planning
• Coaching the new Line engineer / shift leader
