PURPOSE:
Lead team Banca Performance Development to improve the quality of sales force (FSC/BSM) thru providing field coaching, training and development to prepare quality resources for all bank projects; retain and develop talents.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Lead and develop Banca Performance Development team.
• Work with Account Head and Sales Senior Leaders to identify Banca talents for career development and retention.
• Organize orientations for new joiners (RDOB/DOB/BSM).
• Build up and develop the career roadmap for talented FSC and BSM.
• Evaluate the performance of sales force to provide proper training programs matching with training needs.
• Develop successors/qualified people for all bank projects.
• Promote the engagement of sales force and reduce the turn-over rate.
• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10 years of working experience Life Insurance, in which at least 3 years as similar role.
• Good communication skill in both English and Vietnamese.
• Strong training, coaching, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Power Point, Word and Excel.
• Good at content design and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel.
