· Develop, implement and manage the digital marketing strategy at corporate and project level to ensure top of mind consideration for the Masterise Homes brand and portfolio of products and services
· Building up the digital marketing guidelines for the Projects at all segments; Collaborate with the Project’s marketing for monitoring digital marketing guidelines for all Segments Measure, analyze and optimize performance across customer touchpoints and campaigns against pre-determined business goals (ROI and KPIs)
· Improve our market reach and lead generation tactics through performance and digital growth acquisition strategies
· Identify emerging trends and insights. Provide thought leadership and perspective to boost digital adoption and maturity across the organization
· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
People:
· Lead and mentor a growing team of digital strategists and analysts
· Collaborate with project marketing for development of digital marketing strategy for all segments and projects to achieve company’s objectives, including but not limited to project success and cost management
· Work across other departments and stakeholders to drive key digital transformation initiatives
· Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Requirements
· At least 8 years’ experience in Digital Marketing & Media Management with 4 years in a supervisory capacity
· Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail in optimization and reporting
· Demonstrable working knowledge of broad range of digital media disciplines, including but not limited to performance media, social media and marketing analytics
· Data driven - comfortable analyzing data sets and put forth recommendations to senior stakeholders
· Passionate about all things digital and keeps abreast of evolving digital trends
· High sense of responsibility, good communication skill, ability to work independently and a collaborative team player
· Attention to details, deadline-oriented with strong time-management skills
