Our client is looking for a Senior Manager, Fabric Sourcing with 5 years managerial experience in fabric sourcing. This newly created role will report directly to the regional office.
Description
The Senior Manager, Fabric Sourcing will be in charge of the following tasks:
* Set up fabric sourcing framework.
* Develop the fabric vendors.
* Quality Risk Assessment.
* Daily related quality issues investigation and issue resolutions.
* Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly Quality Review.
* Work with internal team on development projects.
Profile
The ideal candidate should have:
* Bachelor Degree and above in related disciplines.
* 5 years solid experience in fabric sourcing.
* Good knowledge on fabric assortments, pricing, and quality.
* Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
* Team player, cross-functional collaboration.
* Leadership and negotiation skills.
* Familiar in working with international brands.
