Develop Human Resource Policies & Procedure and ensure full implementation in country.
Drive the implementation of Vision, Promise, Values & Manifesto within the company.
Build a performance-based culture to retain & develop employees with performance & competency review (PDI and KPI).
Drive the implementation of Project SPARKS, OUTREACH Initiative, FEAST Training and other programs under the Group’s Leadership, Management & Talent Development Template and ensure high level of adoption within the company.
Define and rigorously review the talent acquisition strategy to ensure the Company can attract the right talent and increase the efficiency of recruitment. Conduct interview for managerial positions.
Participate in management review meetings, update on progress of HR programs and initiatives to Management, give advice to support the growth strategy of the company
Ensure compliance of HR processes with Corporate cycle and policies, and responsible for the quality of all HR related activities including talent acquisition and on-boarding, performance review, compensation and incentive reviews, training and development initiatives.
Be alert on local regulatory requirements and inform Corporate HR in case of discrepancy between Corporate policy and local requirements, and recommend actions required.
Maintain a high level of employee engagement and employee values proposition.
Profile the development needs of employees within the organization and establish talent management system.
Resolve industrial and labor relation issues between employee, company, and government labor department.
Continuously review to ensure the compensation & benefit scheme in the company remains competitive and follow the corporate guidelines.
Maximize the usage of HRIS to improve the effectiveness of HR team.
Prepare Manpower Plan based on company requirement and review the progress regularly to ensure it is on track.
Lead the HR integration process in Merger & Acquisition projects.
Support in corporate/regional level projects and initiatives as appropriate.
Any other tasks as deemed required by immediate superior or management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 10 – 15 years in experience in HR with over 5 years in Managerial level.
Certified in Human Resources will be an advantage.
Extensive knowledge in local labor law.
Experience in training and talent management.
Experience in managing integration process in Merger & Acquisition an advantage.
