Mô Tả Công Việc
• Research data in close cooperation with colleagues and Investment Departments to satisfy project requirements
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and write / develop report and document containing recommendations from marketer’s view
• Set-up sales system for real estate products and manage F1, F2, … sales agencies.
• Doing market research about the market trend, selling price of residential products including apartment (mid-end to high-end segment), villa, shophouse, townhouse, etc.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share and competitor's strengths and weakness; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
• Other duties as assigned by Marketing Director.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• To be fluent in English (both verbal and written and overseas experience in English speaking country will be preferred
• Strong understanding of market research and market analysis
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues
• Strong analytical and report writing skills;
• Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Business-related awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs.
• Have experience working with and manage the sales agencies and brokers
• At least Bachelor’s degree in University (Higher degree will be preferred).
