About the Role

Lotus Cars Vietnam is on a mission to introduce one of Britain’s most iconic performance brands to Vietnam.

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive — someone passionate, detail-driven, and ready to be part of a small, fast-moving team that’s building a luxury brand from the ground up.

You’ll help bring Lotus to life through creative campaigns, digital storytelling, and unforgettable events.

What You’ll Do

Execute marketing campaigns and support go-to-market plans for Lotus Vietnam.

Localize global assets, ensuring a premium and consistent brand image.

Manage social media channels and coordinate digital content calendars.

Track performance data, campaign KPIs, and customer leads.

Support event operations — from test drives and product previews to VIP activations.

Coordinate with PR and media partners for press coverage and collaborations.

Research competitors, industry trends, and customer insights to sharpen strategy.

Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.

2–5 years of experience in marketing — ideally from luxury, automotive, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors.Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Confident with digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta, CRM dashboards).

Great sense of design, attention to detail, and project coordination ability.

Proactive, organized, and ready to get things done in a startup-style team.
