Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for executing effective marketing campaigns, managing partnerships, organizing events, handling public relations, and effectively managing marketing budgets to enhance the company's brand and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and Execute Marketing Campaigns:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making necessary adjustments for optimization.
- Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficiency.
2. Market Research and Audience Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand market trends, competitor offerings, demographic data and customer preferences.
- Build customer profiles and analyze data to tailor campaigns effectively.
- Allocate budget resources based on data-driven insights.
3. Partnership Development:
- Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage partnership-related budgets and allocations.
4. Event Management:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, organize, and execute engaging events and programs that create memorable experiences for customers and partners.
- Manage budgets, select venues, and oversee event logistics to ensure successful outcomes.
5. Public Relations (PR):
- Assist in PR efforts by creating and distributing high-quality PR content and managing media relations.
- Ensure accurate and positive brand representation in external communications.
- Experience to work with KOL/KOC/Influencer and press.
- Manage PR-related budgets for media outreach and campaigns.
6. Project and Time Management:
- Manage the schedule of marketing projects, including campaigns, partnerships, events, and PR activities.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Others:
- Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, materials and advertising copies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
- Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous experience in marketing, with a focus on PR, partnership management, event planning, campaign execution, and budget management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently.
- Creativity, proactivity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal English.
- Able to work under high pressure and independent.
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
