We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer who can lead the design and delivery of mechanical systems while collaborating closely with architects, designers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Role Overview

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design, coordination, and implementation of mechanical systems across diverse projects including commercial, cultural, and mixed-use developments. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership ability, and excellent English communication skills to work effectively with clients, consultants, and international project partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of mechanical systems, including HVAC, with general knowledge of plumbing, drainage, and fire protection.

• Develop engineering drawings, specifications, and reports in English, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, international standards, and client requirements.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior mechanical engineers.

• Collaborate with electrical engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure integrated solutions.

• Present mechanical concepts and solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders in professional English.

• Oversee construction, site inspections, and system commissioning to ensure quality and safety.

• Research and apply innovative, sustainable, and energy-efficient design approaches.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related discipline).

• 8+ years of professional experience in mechanical system design and project delivery.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, ISO, local codes).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant engineering analysis software.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), including technical documentation.

• Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills.
