- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in industrial or large commercial facilities, with at least 2
years in a supervisory role.
- Experience with HVAC plants, chilled water distribution, and pump systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS and industrial asset management.
- Good English and Vietnamese communication skills.
