- Manage orders and communicate directly with customers from Australia.
- Receiving orders, making orders, handling problems arising in the production process, preparing the next plan for the factory to enter the goods lines.
- Checking directly with the factory according to the order until delivery.
- Ensure quality and quantity of delivered orders.
- Report the status of specific orders when having problems.
- Coordinate with other departments to complete the work.
