Senior Merchandiser - All Home Categories; Furniture/decor/homeware/pet Etc- Large US Retailer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Merchandiser to manage our large US Retailer account. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in working with major U.S. retailers such as TJX, ROSS, Burlington, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and manage cross-home categories, including home décor, lighting, furniture, homeware, and pet products.

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.

Work closely with the design and production teams to meet client requirements.

Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value.

Ensure all products meet retailer standards and compliance.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Sourcing/Merchandising, preferably with U.S. retail accounts.

Proven track record of working with TJX, ROSS, Burlington, or similar retailers.

Preferred candidates with experience at Weconner (TJX accounts), Siamkarat (ROSS accounts), or TJX offices.

Fluency in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written) is required.

Chinese language skills will be an added advantage.
