Senior Merchandiser Staff (Denim ) - Working at Nhon Trach

* As a Senior Merchandiser, you will lead a team of merchandising to drive the best way to Develop and Produce products in a multi channels supply chain environment . This role is designed for candidate who are willing to be a part of a project that needs a high communication skills , patience and devotion to success.

This Job is for Vietnamese Nationality , and we offer transportations starting From Bien Hoa ( Dong Nai ) and District 2 ( HCMC )

Lead the team to understand and achieve the company goals and Brands expectations.

Be the main person to coordinate between different supply chain partners to deliver the best service and product to the brands

Be responsible for the communications with the brands from Development to Production

Lead and Manage the merchandising team to deliver the most proactive and detailed work with the different development / manufacturing departments and suppliers

Manage the Development and the Production TNA. With a detail follow up of material and progress status

Follow up closely the materials booking and in house date with purchasing Dept.

Follow up closely all production steps and make sure L/D's, Preproduction samples, shade bands, size sets are complete before due date

Negotiate prices and lead time with suppliers

Participate in PP meetings and drive the different departments to produce the right product

Review all samples and other items with merchandiser before sending to buyers

Coordinate with technical and quality team to make sure the product meets expectations

At least 5 Years experience in garment merchandising

Experience in Handling Denim is a Plus

High communication skills in English

Experience in managing teams with a leadership mindset

Experience in direct communication with brands
