Mô Tả Công Việc
- Deliver strong sales activities focused on individual customers for housing loan
- Take initiative in developing new customers, advising and guiding customers to use banking products and services
- Appraising and proposing credit for customers
- Strengthening and developing customer relationships to maximize the demand for banking products and services
- Daily report to update customer information fully and accurately according to manager’s regulation
- Establishing relationship with the developers for loan referral (Phu My Hung, Capital Land, Keppel land, Nam Long…)
- Enhancing relationship with agents for loan referral & cooperation
- Creative mortgage product program especially apartment project lending with developers for cooperation
- Consistently maintain strong customer relationships with existing customers, and always find opportunity to establish new relationships with potential customers
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 3 years of working in banking institution especially lending product
- Good selling process and skills, effective communication skills
- Good command of English in both writing and speaking will be advantageous
- Communication skills, consultancy / sales and good negotiation.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, responsible.
