Consulting & Product Portfolio Development

• Evaluate product formulas, effectiveness, and market fit; recommend improvements or portfolio rationalization.

• Support regulatory dossier direction, ensuring claims and documents meet professional standards and legal requirements.

Portfolio Standardization & Optimization

• Review and reclassify the portfolio by health needs, active ingredients, and target user groups.

• Design and optimize product search and recommendation logic across the system.

Training & Advisory

• Train agents/mentors/CS teams on products and active-ingredient mechanisms.

• Deliver regular updates on technical and regulatory knowledge; support content review/approval when needed.

Market Trend Research

• Track new actives, technologies, and products; assess applicability to the portfolio.

• Advise on portfolio roadmap aligned with consumer needs and company strategy.

Participate in developing an AI project that shares nutrition and medical knowledge with the community.

• Master’s or PhD in Pharmacy or Nutrition.

• Bachelor’s degree from Hanoi University of Pharmacy, University of Medicine and Pharmacy HCMC, or equivalent.

• 3+ years of experience in dietary supplements/health-care; background in formulation/herbal medicine/R&D.

• Strong expertise in botanicals, active ingredients, safety–interaction profiles; familiar with new technologies (nano, liposome, microencapsulation, etc.).

• Practical mindset, up-to-date with market trends and regulations; strong training and communication skills.

• Prior experience in training/teaching is a plus.
