Senior Officer - Compliance Department

Main tasks: • To assist the in-house counsels in responding to new regulations in a proper manner to ensure the compliance with laws by all staff in daily operation. • To deal with legislation and regulatory changes from local authorities by timely update and report to supervisor and Management; • To support other department operation by providing legal advices and monitor legal task force and project, as well as coordinating with related counterparties in handling legal / compliance issues; • To be responsible for the compliance action program regarding (i) legal/compliance checks and (ii) training to all staffs on legal / compliance issues;
