Senior Officer Network Administration

POSITION OVERVIEW

Support the Network Administration Leader in deploying, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s network, security infrastructure, and telecommunication/call center systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Implement, monitor, and maintain communication systems (LAN, WAN, WiFi, Internet, Firewall, Telecommunications/Call Center, Server room) to ensure optimal performance.

- Provide end-to-end support for new branch/FCT setups and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and complete delivery of LAN, WAN, WiFi, Firewall, PABX, Call Center, and Internet systems.

- Manage network equipment inventory, ensuring all spare parts are in good condition and ready for replacement.

- Develop and update IT procedures and user guides.

- Collaborate with the IT Helpdesk team to deliver excellent user support.

- Work with local and group IT teams to successfully deploy IT projects.

- Coordinate with vendors and third parties for troubleshooting, maintenance, audits, and penetration testing.

- Periodically perform and update Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for network systems.

- Train, develop, and support IT Helpdesk staff.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in network/telecom administration and IT infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience with Cisco, F5, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Meraki, Avaya, Zscaler, VeloCloud.

• Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP.
