Senior Officer of Financial Planning and Analysis

- Plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting within the company.

- Is responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, driving efficiency improvements, and implementing best practices to uphold the highest standards of financial governance.

* KEY RESPONSIBILITY

- Financial Reporting and stakeholder communication: direct the preparation and review of financial reportings including KPI based reportings to senior management and stakeholders in the company. Close coordination with accounting to ensure accurate and well aligned reporting base of financial figures.

- Business Planning & Budgeting: support the management in the implementation of annual business planning process (Financial Planning) and coordinate the annual budgeting process.

- Profitability & pricing: provide profitability analysis of products / strategic segments in close alignment with senior management.

- Process Enhancement: identify opportunities to streamline financial control processes, leverage technology, and enhance efficiency while maintaining a strong control environment.

- Change Management: support initiatives related to system implementations, process enhancements, and regulatory changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

- Fluent in English. French speaking is a plus.

- Strong command of Power BI and other management tools

- Extensive experience in financial control or accounting within the banking or financial services industry, with a deep understanding of banking products and operations.

- Be familiar with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point…)

- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information effectively.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive change initiatives.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Bachelor's/master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

- Proven track record of leadership and management in a complex, multinational environment, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS), regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial control and risk management.
