Senior Officer, Quality Assurance

• QA of voice recording • Translate the voice recording from both language (Korean and Vietnamese) • QA management and control to improving the quality of sales skill • compare the script and voice record, report the QA result • Searching good calls • Develop QA process

• Bachelor degree or above with major in all, but MKT will be advanced • At least 02 years of work experience in company • Experience related Tele marketing • Good command of Korean. (English language is plus) • Self-motivator with ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple priorities. • Strong PPT, Word, Excel skills (experience about Google analytics is plus)
