Senior Online Advertising & PR Executive

Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi is seeking a Marketing Executive to be responsible for developing and executing online advertising campaigns and managing public relations activities to enhance the company's brand visibility, engagement, and reputation across multiple digital platforms and media outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Advertising (50%)

- Develop creative ideas and detailed advertising plans for promotional campaigns aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

- Manage and execute digital marketing activities across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Website, Email, Google Ads, Display Networks, etc.

- Create content plans (including visuals, copywriting, viral clips, etc.) tailored for each online platform.

- Collaborate with KOLs, bloggers, influencers, media agencies, and publishers for branding, promotional campaigns, and offline event support.

- Track, analyze, and report the performance of all digital campaigns, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.

- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends to propose innovative advertising channels and campaign strategies.

- Review business cooperation contracts and coordinate payment processes with partners/agencies.

2. PR Activities (40%)

- Utilize effective media channels to enhance the visibility of the company’s brand.

- Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of company information across media platforms.

- Respond to media inquiries and build/maintain strong relationships with the press and media outlets.

- Monitor media channels to ensure no crisis or misinformation related to the company arises.

3. Other Tasks (10%)

- Support the Marketing Team with additional tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in relevant role; Experience in influencer/KOL collaboration and social media

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with media and external partners.

- Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Fluent in Business English
