Job Description:
1. Booking reception from customers and make booking with liners, co-loader, customs broker, trucking company as per customer’s requirement.
2. Submit SI, VGM, AMS, ISF, ENS on time without fault.
3. Prepare and manage Ocean/Air freight export/import documentation, including MBL, HBL and related documents. Handling the import and export sea & air process end to end.
4. Coordinate with internal and external parties (departments, customers, vendors, freight).
5. Proceed billing process.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Ocean/Air Freight Documentations & Operations.
• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline.
• Pleasant personality, Service-minded and Self motivated.
• CargoWise One system experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in USA, Canada, EU, China freight forwarding is an advantage.
