Managing all operation of Bambooship’s delivery area in Vietnnam.
Ensuring best quality of all services of Bambooship: First mile, Last mile, shuttle…
Be main contact point for key customer to discuss and develop quality of service to serve customer.
1. Daily operation:
• Lead operation’s core team (First mile/ Last mile/ Shuttle) to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Responsible for performance of Bambooship’s hub base on committed target (KPIs).
• Ensure all process are performed based on SOP/ Guideline/ Standards.
• Execute and manage strategic plans received from Board of Director;
• Continuously optimize and innovate the operation procedure to ensure quality of service, cut down time and increase customer satisfaction.
• Managing risks during operation, directly solving problems arising flexibly and quickly, giving necessary measures to improve operating results in the assigned province. Usually traveling to hub to check the operation situation in assigned area.
• Set up goals/ objectives/ plans for the region’s development with board of director.
• Research/ finding new potential partners for expanding market coverage in Vietnam.
• Regularly meeting and discussing with key customers to understand the requirement and performance reviewing.
2. Internal Audit:
• Interact and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure agreed SOPs are properly upheld.
• Training/ Coaching Hub align with SOP and Must Do.
3. Project management
• Lead new projects and initiatives that require coordination from multiple departments.
• Design new processes required to complete the projects.
• Follow up and Action to completed the project on time
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Working experience at least 5-6 years in logistics/express industry is preferable.
• Analytical Skills
• Critical Thinking
• Attention to Detail
• Communication and Negotiation Skills.
• Having adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel is a must.
• Capacity to learn and adapt in a fast-paced start up environment
