Senior Partner Account Specialist

• Coordinate with Partnership Development Manager to meet potential partners and understand business corporation requirements;

• Based on direction of line manager, propose/build a cooperation plan with help from relevant departments (including products, prices, operations...);

• In collaboration with cross-functional teams, provide onboarded partners with technical & operational support;

• Coordinate with Partnership Development Manager to implement a business plan to boost sales and increase the potential for profits while working with the different teams — including operations, marketing and product development — to achieve the set revenue goals;

• Provides partners with performance data and collaborates with their team and internal resources to drive their growth;

• Perform other tasks upon request from Line Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Business Administration, Commerce or related fields

• At least 1-2 years in account management

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;

• Strong presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills;

• Basic knowledge of commercial insurance products and the insurance industry preferred;

• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a startup environment;

• Good communication in English

• Proficiency in MS office
