- Onboarding for new merchants: prepare contract, merchants' app account, collect documents from merchants (10%);
- Merchants supporting: Be proactive to propose ideas to solve any key merchants problems (10%);
- Training: Contacting, meeting merchants to install and instruct merchants how to use and manage Savyu App and Savyu Account (30%);
- Merchants care: Follow-up activities and develop business strategies for Savyu’s Merchants. Evaluate sales quality of merchants based on regular basis with data analysis report (30%);
- Other task required (10%).

- Have a growth mindset and career path for Account Management/Client Support;
- Can-Do attitude and get things done spirit;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Skillful and good at convincing internal teams and external merchants;
- Have Start-up Spirit;
- Good command of English and MS. Office;
- Mastered in emotion control is a mandatory requirement.
