Senior, Payroll Consultant ( Global Mobility Services)

Key responsibilities

• Provide support and services prior to and during assignments, as well as during repatriation/localization including: assignment cost analysis, expatriate orientations, immigration …

• Advise the client on policy, compensation strategies and process changes as appropriate;

• Preparing/ reviewing tax planning and advice on employment contract

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns

• Interact with the Tax Authority in relation to your clients’ affairs

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant subjects, e.g. accounting, finance, economics, law

• Two to three years relevant experience in either external and/or internal tax function

• Proven track record in successfully dealing with the local Tax Authority

• A good command of spoken and written English, showcased by confidence in speaking to foreigners;

• Competent and literate with the following packages: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills

• Ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines

• Highly motivated individual with a desire for growth.
