JOB DESCRIPTION
• Design hardware systems including schematic and PCB design.
• Analyze requirements and propose system solutions.
• Test individual components and overall system functionality.
• Develop testing protocols and troubleshoot hardware-related issues.
• Plan and prioritize work schedules.
• Delegate tasks to team members.
• Ensure projects meet requirements and deadlines.
• Evaluate team members' performance.
• Research and report on technical challenges.
• Provide technical support to project members.
• Supervise and assist in device production.
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 3 years of experience
• Minimum of 6 months of experience supervising or mentoring individuals.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles, systems, and components.
• Ability to manage project timelines and task delegation.
• Strong technical expertise with effective knowledge transfer skills.
• Excellent communication and information-processing abilities.
• Proven ability to assess team performance.
• Skilled in problem analysis and resolution.
• Detail-oriented with strong observational skills.
• Proficient in hardware design tools, especially Altium
