Mô Tả Công Việc
- Maintain the production planning for production based on sales forecast from Sales team daily/weekly/monthly
- Monitor the production plan acc to factory capacity, machine capacity manpower allocation and delivery scheduling
- Monitor the safety stock, min. stock, max. stock in order to avoid the extra stock and obsolete stock or stock shortage
- Cooperate with Production team to comply the plan in order to meet output target
- Coordinate with the related departments (QA, Production, Sales, SO, etc.) to solve all production issues
- Follow the daily production to control the Plan-Ist Output-quantity from production
- Cooperate with Production team to optimate the capacity, the running time and the manpower at each step of production regrading to Sale's demand
- Maintain the warehouse space utilization
- Monitor all orders in order to get the materials on time
- Responsible for the daily/weekly/monthly reports: delivery time & price changing of materials, any inability to meet customer demand and revise forward plan, etc.
- Make Guideline/SOP/Method/etc. for Planning team in order to prepare materials for Production team, provide the finished goods for SO team and communicate smoothly
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Improve plans to optimize plant productivity
- Calculate time study and control total cycle-time for production process
- Support and report to line manager all planning activities daily
- Perform well house- keeping and 5S at working place.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Trình độ/ Education: Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Foreign Language, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Technology or relevant field
- Kinh nghiệm/ Experienc: 1 - 2 years-experience at the same position
- Ngoại ngữ/ Languages: Fluent in English
- Tin học/ Infomatics: Microsoft office suite
- Yêu cầu khác/ Other requirements
- Understanding of Purchasing management software such as SAP, Oracle SCM Cloud, ERP systems, etc
- Good knowledge of textile and dyeing production
- Good knowledge of international trade and transportation
- Strong understanding of purchasing processes and policies
- Ability to create reports and conduct a cost analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
