- Make purchasing plan and order base on sales forecast, inventory
- Follow shipping schedule of suppliers and prepare shipping documents for import - export department to do customs clearance
- Responsible for reviewing the company's inventory policy, determining appropriate inventory classification levels - normal time and high season, epidemic season, information and coordination with Sales to come up with solutions/suitable plans. Actively speed up/delay/cancel/hold shipment when necessary to optimize the goods stored in the warehouse to reduce overloading and storage fees
- Track slow-moving and close to the date goods to push Sales to handle urgently
- Coordinate with the Business Units to update and adjust the sales plan to ensure effective monthly demand and sales forecast
- Summarize and send monthly forecast to suppliers
- Make reports and perform other assigned tasks by line manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree, major in Chemistry/ Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, prefer candidate with Ingredients experience
- General knowledge of chemical products
- Having experience in ordering is an advantage
- Good at English
- Good communication skills
