Senior Planning Staff

Purpose:

• Controlling resources (raw materials - supplies - packaging...) to ensure continuous

production of the factory, maximum performance and minimum delay.

Main duties:

*Quaterly/Monthly Production Plan

• Tracking actual PO vs. Sales forecast

• Balance machines/ mold capacity vs. Forecast & actual PO. Proposing solution to fix gap

*Weekly Production Plan

• SOP weekly meeting to discuss and align the production plan for next week with Sales/

IS

• Weekly production plan meeting with Site to make sure the plan is on -track and

smoothy

• Tracking output vs. capacity. High light big gap to improve or alert potential risk to

related teams

• Work closely with Site in case of issue machines/ mold & find out solution

• Manage changeover & propose solution to control

• Weekly report to improve

*Daily PO Processing

• Receive PO, tracking raw materials, capacity mold/machine and confirm delivery plan

• Collect All Pos & make production plan

• Tracking output vs capacity to make sure the plan on-track

*INV FGS Management

• Management INV meets KPI

• Work closely with Sales/IS push customer’s dispatch

*Monthly Order

• Calculate raw material based on monthly FC/ actual PO

• Create PR on arito

• Tracking actual ETA vs.plan to make sure no issue maybe happens

*Daily Order:

• Receive PO, track INV & place new order if needed

• Work closely with PD to track ETA, make sute no issue maybe happen

• Monitor INV & push Sales/ IS send PO to clear INV slow moving asap.

*INV Raw Material Management:

• Daily monitor INV. High light slow moving skus to sales for solving

• Tracking & control INV to meet KPI

• Propose action plan to clear stock/ vessel delay impact production plan

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Degree in business, logistics, inventory management, or a related field preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in material planning, inventory management or a related position at manufacturing companies.

• English: Communication

• MS Office: Good

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.

• Understanding and using warehouse management software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
