Senior PR & Branding Specialist

Responsibilities:
1. Take full responsibility for PR and media relations to improve brand presence, enhance brand perception, and build trust for our brands:
Create PR plans and strategies to shape public opinion, promote the brand, and improve the quality of the company’s voice across various online and offline channels. Work closely with the Group to fully understand PR strategy and guidelines, and develop the regional PR strategy as needed.
Establish and maintain PR networking through media briefings and informal gatherings to strengthen relationships, raise appropriate PR activities, and enable a diversified & innovative PR format. Serve as the primary contact for all media queries and responsible for the local PR booking agency management.
Run and manage Index projects to provide validated content sources leveraging big data, accessible for public comment on other news stories.
Collaborate with internal teams to leverage product launches, GTM campaigns, and events for media outreach.
Manage and deliver press releases, media announcements, speeches, and presentations for media briefings, gatherings, and other meetings.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and initiatives, and communicate insights to management at both the Company and Group levels.
Uphold the company’s public image, build thought leadership positions, handle critical media comments, provide reactive responses, and develop effective crisis management solutions to protect the company’s reputation in times of need.
2. Take ownership of the B2B branding performance to enhance awareness and reputation of verticals from planning to execution:
Develop and implement B2B brand strategies to identify B2B customer needs, preferences, and trends, then effectively position the company’s products and services in the market.
Research and gather opportunities for B2B and corporate branding opportunities, co-branded events, partnerships, and sponsorship.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and sales, to ensure all B2B brand initiatives align with overall business objectives.
Create and manage B2B marketing campaigns for verticals, including event sponsorships and organization, signing ceremonies, seminars/ webinars, and promote them across owned, paid, and earned media channels to reach B2B consumers, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve expected outcomes.
Monitor and analyze B2B brand metrics and campaign performance, using these insights to refine and adjust strategies for optimal results.
3. Take ownership of the Corporate branding performance (thought leadership, industry awards, CSR initiatives, …) to enhance the awareness and reputation of our brands.

Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 5+ years of experience in PR and communications, preferably with substantial corporate communication.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in VIE & ENG, including the ability to express complex ideas simply and demonstrated ability to make connections between seemingly unrelated concepts.
An out-going, curious person and an explorer, who has a critical, reasoning, logical thinking, and user-focused mindset.
Exhibit a deep interest and experience in technology, marketplace, sustainability, and corporate responsibility.
Exceptional organizational, project management, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership in work. Be responsive and visible.
Must demonstrate self-motivation, and the ability to work well independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to adapt and learn fast in a fast-paced work environment and team structure under time pressure.
Great written & verbal communication skills. Confident in public speaking.
