Senior Process Engineer

A Senior Process Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. Also lead projects, ensure safety and compliance, provide technical support, analyze process data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.

- Leading on process workflows for Jewelry - Crystal living products. Create technical requirement, process parameters, technical instruction for manufacturing.

- Hand-on experience in CAD design, especially in NX. Rhino is preferable.

- Provides process improvement to meet product requirement and quality requirement.

- Set objectives, plans, and schedule multiple product launch to accomplish defined objectives to meet manufacturing goals.

- Develop and improve existing processes and methods for control and troubleshooting of manufacturing technical problems.

- Ensure tool/jig readiness through the design, fabrication and testing of production equipment.

- Troubleshoot issues related to process flow, process deviation, tooling, gluing. Leading implementation of changes to correct.

- Independently perform process and manufacturing activities with technical requirement.

- Manage activity priorities to assure that all action plan is directed in alignment with Business Unit objectives and serve as the process technical consultant in manufacturing plant.

- Recommend and coordinate process improvement activities with cross functional team.

- Technical training for process engineer or technician.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- Bachelor’s degree of Engineering from Mechanical/Manufacturing, or equivalent work experience.

- Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role.

- Having knowledge of Lean manufacturing and demonstrated experience modeling business processes using a variety of quality tools and techniques for problem solving (Fishbone, FMEA, etc.).

- Solid experience with technical 3D design software, preferably Rhinoceros or NX.

- Having experience of Printing operation and calculating manufacturing capacity.

- Fluent in English communication and interpersonal skills.
