Senior Process Engineer - Deburring Process (Kỹ Sư Quy Trình - Quy Trình Mài)

1. Managing and sustaining process

• Involve safety activities including identifying hazards, participating in safety audits, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations

• Responsible for solving daily process problems by systematic methods (e.g. 8D)

• Responsible for designing and executing experiments to test hypotheses and optimize processes

• Responsible for demonstrating short-term and long-term process capability (Cmk, Cpk) through proficient process capability analysis and interpretation of results to identify areas for improvement

• Ownership of FMEA development and implementation of control plans to mitigate risks in production processes

• Independently develop and implement production standards. Provide comprehensive training to junior engineers on processes, procedures, and equipment

• Define, prescribe in process data sheet and enforce process parameters

• Control, analyze consumable cost related to process as well as monitor inventory to ensure efficient use and prevent stockouts

2. Improvement activity

• Lead process optimization initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. Analyze process data, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for improvement

• Drive continuous improvement projects, setting goals, leading cross-functional teams, and measuring the effectiveness of implemented changes

• Release new MAE (machine and equipment), new product, new material suppliers with role of process lead

3. Support and collaboration

• Cooperate with BPS (Bosch production system) coordinator in BPS maturity improvement

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the production team

• Responsible to interface with internal associates and supplier representatives as required to complete assigned projects

1. Education

Bachelor of engineering (material technology, mechanical, physicochemical). Master degree is plus

IATF 16949 knowledge is plus

2. Work experience

Over 3 years in manufacturing plant

Prior experience working in multinational corporations

Problem solving experience by systematic approach

Experience in design of experiments and data analysis by using statistic application

Experience in leading continuous improvement project

Experience in leading role of releasing new product or new machine or new suppliers of material
