Job Description
1. Process owner of Lazer Cutting (LC) & LEM process
* Conduct Process FMEA to identify any quality risks
* Development of monitoring/evaluation and data collection system for the LC & LEM process
* Issue, maintain and improve workshop documentation for operators
2. Guarantee compliance to safety, environment and working conditions guidelines
* Safety line walk at process and define action to improve
* Assure operators and technicians are trained as updated WIs
3. Machine and equipment (MAE) involvement: FAT, SAT and line release
* Support machine installation, start up and running of production processes and MAE release.
* Make status report about project progress and release report
4. Running and improving the LC & LEM process
* Increasing machine’s capacity by applying TPM and Lean manufacturing tools
* Initiate OEE improvements
* Solve problems and participate in problem solving activities
5. Tracking and maintaining BPS (Bosch Production System)
* Deploy BPS principles to process area
* Find solution for a better BPS concept
6. Commit to fulfill the tasks which assigned by leaders
